Who is Pender Law
Pender Law is an established boutique law firm providing family law services in Ottawa. We provide the full range of services from case consultations through to representation at trial.
We represent parents in family law matters. We also represent children through our work with the Office of the Children's Lawyer.

Stephen m. pender
Stephen M. Pender
Stephen is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Common Law Program. He was called to the Bar in 1998 and began his practice in general litigation. He was a partner at the firm Pender & Leef for 19 years and since 2018 at his own firm Pender Law.
Stephen represents parents and children in child protection and family law proceedings and has appeared as counsel in several family and child protection trials as well as on appeals.
With over 25 years of experience practicing family law and child protection matters, Stephen is a strong advocate for his clients.
